Terms & Conditions

​1. Passenger Capacity & Safety

• The "Rule of Six": Per U.S. Coast Guard regulations, our vessel is limited to a maximum of 6 passengers (including children and infants).

• The Captain’s Authority: The Captain is responsible for the safety of the vessel and all souls on board. Guests agree to follow all safety briefings and crew instructions while underway.

• Identification: Guests planning to consume alcohol must present a valid government-issued photo ID upon boarding

2. Weather & Comfort Policy

• Rain or Shine: We do not cancel for overcast skies or light passing showers. Our vessel features a spacious indoor cabin and a large covered deck area designed for your comfort in various conditions.

• Captain’s Call: Cancellations due to unsafe conditions (high winds, lightning, etc.) are at the sole discretion of the Captain. In these cases, a full refund or priority rescheduling will be offered.

3. Cancellation & Refunds​

• 7+ days: Full refund.

• Under 7 Days / No-Shows: Non-refundable.

4. Guest Responsibilities

• Footwear: Please wear soft-soled, non-marking shoes (no black soles or high heels).

• Personal Items: While we provide water, snacks, and sunscreen, guests are encouraged to bring hats, sunglasses, and layers (sweaters/jackets) as it is often cooler on the water.
