FAQs
Yes! You are welcome to bring your own snacks, meals, and alcoholic beverages (BYOB). We provide bottled water and light snacks, and we have cooler space with ice available for your use.
We provide all U.S. Coast Guard-approved safety equipment, including adult life jackets. While we supply child-sized vests, you are welcome to bring a personal one if your child feels more comfortable in it.
Yes, our vessel is equipped with a small, clean, private marine head (restroom) for your convenience, however we do encourage using the facilities at the Clubhouse before boarding.
Feel free to bring whatever personal items you need to feel comfortable. We have bottled water, light snacks, and sunscreen on board. If you use spray sunscreen, please apply before boarding to prevent surfaces from becoming slippery. We suggest that you bring your own hats, sunglasses, and sweaters/jackets. If you plan on consuming an alcoholic beverage, please bring your government-issued photo ID. Don’t forget a phone or camera to take pictures!

Safety is our top priority. Charters proceed as scheduled in overcast or misty conditions. Our vessel is uniquely equipped with an indoor cabin and a large covered deck, ensuring your group stays dry and comfortable. Cancellations are only made at the Captain’s discretion due to safety concerns (e.g., thunderstorms or high winds), and we will work with you to reschedule or provide a full refund.
In the event of unsafe weather, your cruise is fully refundable (this includes high winds, or any weather that the captain deems is not safe to leave the dock).
Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to departure are eligible for a 100% refund.
Partial Refund: Cancellations made 1 to 6 days before departure will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Late Cancellations: Within 24 hours of departure, the full charter fee is non-refundable.
We do not cancel for overcast skies or light, passing showers as there is an indoor cabin, and a large covered area on the deck.
In the rare event of a mechanical issue with the vessel, we will notify you immediately. You will receive a 100% refund or the option to reschedule at a discounted rate.
To provide a first-class, intimate experience and remain in strict compliance with U.S. Coast Guard safety regulations, our Custom Charters are limited to a maximum of 6 passengers (regardless of age).
Note: "Per USCG regulations, children and infants are counted as passengers toward our 6-person limit."
While never expected, gratuities for the Captain and crew are a kind way to show appreciation for exceptional service. A standard gratuity is 15-20% of the charter fee.
If your preferred date appears unavailable on our booking calendar, feel free to call us. Occasionally, we can adjust our maintenance schedule or logistics to accommodate special requests or milestone events.
